Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions.
