This is a two-storey town house with the living room and kitchen both situated upstairs. This welcoming property offers a large kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully-equipped with everything you'll need for self-catering convenience. The spacious open-plan layout features the kitchen and the living room space, which has a sectional sofa and 70-inch Smart TV to watch your favourite shows and movies in relaxation. Near the living room is an air hockey table and standing arcade game for more family fun!

Downstairs, you'll find an en suite king master bedroom with its own private balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. With a 43-inch Smart TV and en suite bathroom with large garden tub and separate stand-up shower, this elegant space offers the perfect home-from-home feel with an extra splash of luxury.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
