Villa Description

The open-plan living space includes a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for six, a vast living space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV, and a dining area with seating for twelve. Two large doors lead out to the spacious pool deck from the living room, where a private pool and overspill spa back onto the conservation and golf course, delivering the ideal setting to relax and soak up the Florida sun.

Upstairs the home has beautiful wooden flooring in the second living area, which features a TV and seating for four. Three king bedrooms will allow adults a little indulgence, whilst the themed bedrooms will keep kids occupied for hours.

Both big and little kids will love the amazing Harry Potter themed cinema and games room, which boasts an air hockey table and a multi-arcade game featuring some classic games. With so many incredible features, this home really has something for everyone!

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
