Villa Description

This amazing one-of-a-kind bi-level holiday villa is centrally located within the dazzling Reunion Resort, in the Homestead Community. The villa is furnished to an immaculate standard throughout, and the airy, bright décor makes for an extremely calming ambience. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living area with white leather sofas surrounding an ample SMART TV with a PS4, plus a bedroom for convenience.

 

The contemporary kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there's seating for three at the breakfast bar. You've also got a dining area with seating for six, so you can enjoy tasty family feasts together after a long day at the parks. 

 

The remaining three bedrooms can be found upstairs - each space offers up a hotel-style experience, complete with super-soft mattresses. Step out the glass doors on the ground floor and find your own private swimming pool - ideal for keeping cool on scorching summer days!

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
