Villa Description

This five-bedroom bespoke holiday home boasts sweeping fairway views and tonnes of fun and excitement all under one roof. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by the modern décor and high ceilings of the entrance porch. Stroll down the hallway that leads you to the open-plan living area, including an immaculate lounge with super-cosy couches and a seventy-five inch flat-screen TV, while the chic kitchen features top-of-the-range amenities. On this floor, you'll also find one of the five bedrooms, the laundry room, and a downstairs movie, theatre, and arcade.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional hotel-style bedrooms and an exciting themed room with a fabulous VW van-style bunk bed, all with their own flat-screen TV, plus a second family lounge space with a sixty-five-inch wall-mounted, Smart TV.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
