Villa Description

This extra special villa is located in Kissimmee, Florida within the Fairway Ridge neighbourhood of Reunion resort. This beautiful five-bedroom home will welcome you, your friends, and family, and it's the perfect backdrop for your unforgettable holiday. Within easy reach of a handful of Orlando's world-class attractions, including Walt Disney World, the newly renovated Disney Springs, and the Wide World of Sports.

With sleek furnishings and tasteful, stylish décor throughout, the open-plan kitchen gives you total flexibility for your self-catering break, where you'll serve up everything from pre-Disney breakfasts to post-park feasts. After dinner, the plush sofas that surround a sixty-five-inch TV in the lounge, are a prime spot to relax in. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
