Villa Description

This ultra-modern 3,330 sq ft home charms with its delightful beach-house vibes, from the nautical-style décor to the soft blue colour palette evoking sunny seaside serenity. The main living space includes a large modern kitchen, plenty of comfy chairs and couches, and an open-plan layout that flows wonderfully to the backyard patio through glass sliding doors.

Spend your days playing poolside games and sunbathing around the west-facing patio, best enjoyed come evening time when you’ve got front-row tickets to the golden hour. Elsewhere there’s also a spellbound Potter-themed home theatre with tiered cinema-style seating and a line-up of spacious bedrooms ensuring everyone will doze off in comfort after long theme park days. The kids will especially love bunking with some of their favourite Disney characters in their colourful themed bedrooms.

Please note, not all of our homes in Reunion have Membership, which comes with access to on-site amenities and waterpark. Please ensure you have read the description of this home fully to establish this.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
