Villa Description

This villa welcomes up to ten guests with open arms, offering a blend of contemporary design and homely comfort. The living area, adorned with a leather sectional and an accent chair, serves as the central gathering spot for sharing stories of the day's exploits. The kitchen, boasting a five-seat breakfast bar and a six-seat dining table, ensures that meals are always a communal and enjoyable experience.

For the young and the young at heart, a surf-themed bedroom with two sets of bunk beds promises dreams of ocean adventures. Outside, the private deck invites relaxation and fun with its swimming pool, bubbling spa, and a foosball table for some friendly competition. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.
