Villa Description

The family living room is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV with multi-channel cable and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully- equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a full-size stove, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, and plenty of cutlery. There are two dining areas: the breakfast bar and a breakfast nook.

Step out of the living room or the master bedroom to chill on the sun loungers or enjoy a comfortable al fresco meal under the covered lanai. The screened enclosure allows the sunshine in and keeps the Florida bugs out too!

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
