Please note: some homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built-in grill. If guests wish to use the grill, it is the guests' responsibility to clean and replenish the propane tank if needed. A fee will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owner’s personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your holiday we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
