Villa Description

The spacious living room area features a plush sectional couch, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors offer a slice of idyllic indoor-outdoor lifestyle and quick and easy access to your own private pool deck. The striking kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for breakfast, dinner and everything in-between, with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and loads of cabinet space. Prep meals at the large centre island, which also has seating for four, and for more formal meals, the contemporary dining table just off the kitchen seats eight comfortably.

Upstairs, the Hollywood-themed loft area offers additional lounging space with a leather sectional sofa and large flat-screen TV. Outside to the rear, the all-season enclosed lanai has great entertaining space with an outdoor sofa, three sun loungers and patio table with chairs for four, all overlooking the golf course beyond. This breezy spot features dual ceiling fans for guests to stay cool and relaxed at all times of day or night.

Themed Bedrooms

It’s a slumber party with Elsa and Anna in the Frozen-themed bedroom, where children will enjoy sweet dreams in the comfortable beds and enjoy the gorgeous décor that surrounds them. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
