Villa Description

This large private pool home sleeps up to fifteen people and features an expansive, open-plan concept throughout its living space, including a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Each bedroom features its own TV, promising personalised entertainment at the touch of a button for all guests.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date. If your PPF is already included in the price, the registration portal will display them as already paid.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
