When you’re not exploring everything the Sunshine State has to offer, you can enjoy lazy days by your own private splash pool, long leisurely brunches at the breakfast bar, afternoon siestas on the super comfy corner sofa followed by family movie nights on the big flat-screen TV.
Enjoy the luxury of your own private swimming pool – perfect for cooling off in Central Florida’s subtropical heat. Some villas have a spa bath or games room, both wonderful additions to a holiday home. You can prepare meals and eat together as a family with a fully fitted kitchen and dining room. Celebrate the end of each adventure-filled day in the spacious living room, perfect for family bonding and creating unforgettable memories.
Keep active and stay in the sunny outdoors at Solterra Resort. Featuring two tennis courts as well as a volleyball court, work up a sweat in a friendly competition, then cool down in your private swimming pool or at the resort lagoon-style pool.
Laze by the zero-entry swimming pool in a poolside cabana or dive into the cool blue water. To enhance the fun day at the pool, whoosh down the water slides and grab an inflatable tube to float your way along the lazy river. There’s also pool volleyball to keep you active while feeling refreshed.
You deserve a break from cooking, so pop into Solterra Resort’s onsite eatery, Café Sol. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the poolside restaurant offers a variety of dishes, from light bites to healthy options, juicy favourites, and signature chef’s specials. Order one of their frozen icees for a refreshing cool down in the sunshine, or browse their extensive beer and wine list.
Solterra Resort lies in leafy Davenport with easy access to Interstate 4 – Orlando’s theme-park gateway. Superb for Walt Disney World holiday goers, it’s only a 12-mile ride to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Championship and country club golf courses are nearby for a leisurely putt on the green, while convenient shopping centres are just a stone’s throw away, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
All Solterra Resort (incl. Villatel Village) customers are required to register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Failure to register and obtain a parking permit will result in unauthorised vehicles being towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers having to retrieve their vehicle back from the tow company.
Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Vesta Desk Services situated at the clubhouse in order to register for a parking permit and also pay for the resort fee.
There is an optional Resort Fee applicable for all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym.
The fee will be $39.20 for 1-12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes) wishing to access the resort amenities. The fee is per property for the duration of your stay.
Please note that this charge is optional and only applicable if guests wish to partake in the resort amenities during their stay. Guests who opt-out will not be charged.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.
Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
