Villa Description

Five bedrooms await – two master king suites on the lower level, along with a pair of charming themed kids' bedrooms upstairs (boasting Harry Potter and Mickey/ Minnie themes). An additional inviting king bedroom graces the upper level, complemented by a separate bathroom.

 

The kitchen commands a view over the living room, which boasts stunning vaulted ceilings. For a relaxed evening, consider indulging in a movie on the expansive seventy-five-inch Smart TV. An additional living area upstairs caters to the younger members of the group, offering them their own haven for relaxation. Outside, the back patio unveils a private south-facing pool and spa, promising abundant sun all day long. Or, for those inclined towards screen-based amusement, the epic Star Wars-themed game room beckons!

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
