Villa Description

This spacious 1,990 sq ft town house is tastefully furnished and includes an open floor plan on the ground floor. Upon entry you’ll feel the cool comfort the property and feel instantly at ease. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area complete with overhead chandelier. The main living room includes a large flat-screen Smart TV and a DVD player, with cable channels and access to popular streaming services).

All bedrooms have a TV with cable access, ceiling fans, spacious closets, dressers, and very comfortable beds. There’s a queen master bedroom and en suite conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs features a king master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and another queen bedroom. There is also a shared bathroom upstairs.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
