Villa Description

The rear living area has plenty of natural light and views to the pool for a truly relaxing space. There is a comfortable sofa and large-screen Smart TV to enjoy during your downtime, and the second living area at the front of the home ensures plenty of space to spread out if you want some quiet time.

The updated kitchen has everything you will need to cater for your family, plus new stainless-steel appliances for that modern touch. Grab a bite at the breakfast area or share a meal together in the elegant dining room after a long day out.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, plus its own balcony, offering a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning! There are two themed bedrooms for the kids – one for gamers with two twin beds, and the other Star Wars-themed with a bunk bed and extra single bed. There is a further queen bedroom with en suite bathroom that has been well decorated and individually furnished.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
