Villa Description

Situated in a peaceful gated community location, this villa is an ideal getaway for a serene vacation for the entire family. The entrance foyer welcomes you to the formal lounge area, situated on the right side, which is an ideal spot to enjoy a quiet read or spend some quality time with family and friends. There is also a large dining table, which is set for 6 guests, that is located adjacent to the living area, providing ample space for everyone to enjoy a family evening meal together. It's not just the ample living space and open plan concept that makes this villa so spacious and inviting, there is also a modernised kitchen that is fully equipped with top-notch appliances to ensure your self-catering holiday runs as smoothly as possible.

You can unwind on the private balcony overlooking the greenery, sit together in the main TV lounge after meals or you can check out the outdoor facilities. Through the patio doors, you can get to the private pool and spa where you can soak up the Florida sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the pool. If a private pool wasn't enough to keep the family entertained during your down days then how about a game of air hockey or pool in the converted games room? A game of basketball or a night playing pool is sure to get the family laughing and having fun together...

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
