Villa Description

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to conjure up delectable meals, giving you that convenient home-from-home experience. There's also a small breakfast table for four in the kitchen for you to enjoy your morning coffee together. The dining room has seating for six so there is plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy home-cooked meals.

In the living room you'll plenty of cosy seating for the whole group to settle down and watch your favourite TV shows and movies together, perfect for those nights you feel like staying in. Downstairs you'll find two master suites, both with king-size beds, as well as a third twin bedroom. Upstairs you will find further twin bedroom and another king bedroom, so there are plenty of options for multiple families.

Please note that the splash pad and waterslides at Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse are scheduled for refurbishment from 5th of January through 13th of February 2026, and will be closed during this period.

Please note that the main resort pool, hot tub, and all other facilities will remain open and available for guests to enjoy.

Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
