Villa Description

This comfortable villa features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, providing ample room for your group to spread out and relax. Each bedroom features a flat-screen TV, plus there's even a cute Mickey Mouse twin bedroom the kids will adore - it's the ultimate way to build excitement is to meet the iconic mouse himself, and enjoy Mickey’s Runaway Railway ride!

 

The living room is also decked with a PS4 and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot for movie nights or video game marathons. You can also step outside to dip in the east-facing pool and spa while enjoying the conservation area's serene views that offer complete peace and privacy.

**EXCLUSIVE** Price includes a complimentary welcome pack with everyday essentials (milk, bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, water, cereal and juice), along with all cleaning fees and taxes. Each property is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, and our dedicated Ocean Beds 24-hour in-resort team is always on hand to ensure guests are well looked after.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
