Villa Description

This spacious home features an open-plan layout on the ground floor, with living, dining, and kitchen areas to relax in, just as you would in your own home. Villa Features

Windsor Island is one of Davenport's newest and most luxurious resort communities. This stunning villa community features all the popular resort amenities of its sister communities - Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms, plus much more.

Its outstanding 5,000 sq ft clubhouse is the resort's centerpiece, with a huge resort-style pool complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river, offering the perfect spot for families to have fun in the sun! The on-site fitness centre boasts the latest in cardio and strength-building equipment, and for some friendly competition, work up a sweat on the sand volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts!

Pool Table

Upstairs features a large loft space for playing and relaxing. The pool table provides additional indoor entertainment on heated days and chilled out evenings, while the kids' table and chairs with games adds an extra touch of fun for the smallest members of your group.

Private Pool

To the rear of the home, you'll find a good-sized pool and an elevated aspect overlooking the lush Windsor Island Resort. There's a covered lanai with patio dining table and chairs, primed and ready for al fresco meals at your leisure.
