Villa Description

Welcome to this Windsor Palms 3,000 sq ft, six-bedroom, self-catered villa, perfect for families and groups looking to spend quality time together amid this popular US playground. Featuring an open-plan living room, kitchen, and multiple dining areas, guests have a welcoming space to relax and wind down in, whilst the cosy living room set up with a flat-screen TV is perfect for snuggling up as a group for a movie.

 

Kids will adore the themed bedrooms, featuring all the different princesses you can imagine, while adults can enjoy the comfort of the king and queen-size bedrooms and four bathrooms. Our wonderful villa also comes complete with multiple large TVs, DVD players, PlayStation, Xbox 360 and more.

Windsor Palms is perfectly situated just south of Highway 192 amidst a plethora of world-class facilities you’ll want to visit. Mystic Dunes Golf Club is adjacent to Wildlife Palms; although unlikely, you can make the journey on foot. Formosa Gardens Village is a short drive away for all your shopping needs and has a great selection of restaurants, fast food takeaways, and even a mini-golf course. Meanwhile, Walt Disney World is a quick 10-minute drive from the resort, especially doable and quite enjoyable when you’re not driving.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.

Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
