The open-plan living room includes a 36-inch flat-screen TV for cosy nights in together on the sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen features everything you will need for a delightful self-catering stay including an oven/range, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker, as well as all cutlery, crockery and cookware. The kitchen breakfast table has seating for four people, and the large dining table seats up to six people.
Walk out of the sliding doors to your large furnished, screened-in deck to enjoy the built-in swimming pool or simply to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine at your leisure.

Windsor Palms Resort is well-facilitated and places you close to the biggest and best attractions in Orlando and Central Florida. On-site, there is an abundance of fun to be had with a huge clubhouse and resort-style pool, fitness centre, sports courts, video arcade, and even a playground for the youngest members of your group.
From the heart of the home in the fully-equipped kitchen to the outdoor swimming pool and inviting living room, do as much or as little as you wish. Designed for you to feel relaxed and at home, enjoy the soothing amenities of your spacious villa. For added convenience, pop into the resort sundry shop – stocked with snacks, Starbucks coffee, Domino’s pizza, and sunglasses to shield your eyes on those gloriously sunny days. And when the starlight replaces the blue skies, treat yourself to a movie at the 58-seater resort cinema. Don’t forget to grab some nibbles beforehand at the resort shop.
Head to the 58-seater resort cinema in the evening, where they dim the lights, turn on the surround sound and play nightly films. Find the movie schedule at the clubhouse to pick and choose which films you want to watch. From blockbusters to recent releases and even some 3D animations, enjoy an entertaining evening to round off your perfect day.
If you want an invigorating cup of Starbucks coffee, a chilled energy drink to rehydrate you, or any poolside crisps and popcorn, you can find all this and more at the resort’s sundry shop. And if you’re searching for pool floaties, sunglasses, beach towels or souvenirs, you’ll find them all in this one-stop shop.
Delve into the deep end of the resort swimming pool or enter the hot tub’s inviting waters to relax any aching muscles. You can even swim laps in the Olympic-sized pool if you prefer to keep active. And you can spend as much time as you like in the saltwater pool that is gentler and kinder to your skin than chlorine alternatives.
Windsor Palms is perfectly situated just south of Highway 192 amidst a plethora of world-class facilities you’ll want to visit. Mystic Dunes Golf Club is adjacent to Wildlife Palms; although unlikely, you can make the journey on foot. Formosa Gardens Village is a short drive away for all your shopping needs and has a great selection of restaurants, fast food takeaways, and even a mini-golf course. Meanwhile, Walt Disney World is a quick 10-minute drive from the resort, especially doable and quite enjoyable when you’re not driving.
Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.
This is an individual home contracted directly with the homeowner via a property management company. Please note that in the event that the home becomes unavailable before your stay due to the home being sold or removed from rental by the property manager, you will be offered an alternative home as per our booking conditions. If you are booking this home for specific requirements we may not be able to match these on the alternative home offered.
Please be aware that the images we use may not represent a properties exact specification at time of arrival as the homeowner may change a room(s) style, or other aspects of the property prior to arrival.
If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
