Villa Description

Tiled throughout, this two-storey unit offers three master bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and lovely conservation views to the rear. One of the bedrooms with adjoining bathroom is located on the ground floor and has an accessible bathroom shower. Upstairs there are two bedroom suites, one with a king-size bed, the other two twin beds. There's also ample storage space and a security safe for our guests to use.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster, and coffeemaker. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo/CD player for lots of indoor entertainment after long days out and about in the sun. Sliding glass doors open out to the private screened-in patio, which enjoys a west-facing aspect with conservation views.

Windsor Palms is located just south of Highway 192, close to many of the area’s main attractions. Mystic Dunes Golf Club borders the community, and while most visitors drive 0.8 miles, it is technically within walking distance. Formosa Gardens Village is only 2 miles away and offers convenient shopping, a good mix of restaurants and takeaways, and a mini-golf course. Walt Disney World is just 3 miles from the resort, making visits to the magic easy.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date.

If your home includes a spa please be aware that the spa is not automatically heated and pool heat will need to be added to booking which is available between the months of October to April only.
