Orlando is a wild ride for your senses, from hair-raising sensation of rollercoasters to the sights and sounds of its subtropical wildlife to the taste of its multi-cultural cuisine. And when it comes to dining in O-Town, International Drive is where to be. Commonly known as I-Drive, you can find a slice of everything here, whether fine dining, partying, or searching for unique attractions like the world’s biggest McDonald’s!

If you want to see it all, there's no better transport than the I-Ride trolley, which lets you hop on and off at all of I-Drive’s best spots. Better yet, with our free and fabulous Ocean Explorer package - available to everyone who books a Florida holiday - you will get 7 days of free access to the I-Ride trolley, ensuring the ultimate convenience to your culinary adventure. Here are some of our favourite I-Drive restaurants to stir your imagination...

Senor Frog’s

Tourists and locals alike go hopping mad for this one. Senor Frog’s lets you experience authentic Tex-Mex grub while having the time of your life in a party atmosphere. Featuring live music, interactive performances, and fun games, it’s the perfect choice for any celebratory meal. And let’s not forget about the cocktails. Iconic yard glasses serve up a wide variety of flavours, including the mint and chocolate, fernet-based Grasshopper or the recommended rum option, Sr Frog’s. Plus, kids can also get involved with their selection of mocktails too. How does Key Lime Pie flavour sound? You’re in Florida after all.

The Capital Grille

If you want to add a splash of luxury to your evening meal, be sure to book a table at The Capital Grille. With a menu of dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and an award-winning selection of over 400 wines, your taste buds will be treated like royalty here. As the décor is just as elegant as the cuisine, it makes for a superb choice for special occasions.

The biggest McDonald’s in the world

McDonald’s may not usually be top of the list for holiday dining, but this isn’t just any McDonald’s! Orlando’s I-Drive is home to the biggest McDonald’s in the world. At 19,000 square feet, it packs in oodles of space, as well as over 100 arcade games and a huge kids’ play area. And don’t just expect the normal McDonald’s menu of Big Macs and cheeseburgers. Here, you can order everything from pizzas to pasta, Philly cheesesteaks to omelettes, and a mouthwatering selection of tasty desserts. You will definitely be ‘lovin’ it’.

Café Tu Tu Tango

Watch resident artists at work as you indulge in platefuls of tapas-style dishes at Cafe Tu Tu Tango. This artsy, bohemian eatery offers a wide range of delicacies to sink your teeth into, including grilled fish tacos, Cuban sliders, and quesadillas. Or you can opt for the Tour of Tango, where all the family can share a guided tasting of signature menu items, including dessert.

Bahama Breeze Island Grille

Create your own island escape with a visit to Bahama Breeze Island Grille. Dive into innovative Caribbean-inspired recipes and special cocktails, while the sounds of Reggae classics, Latin fusions, and steel drums will transport you right to island paradise. The restaurant’s laid-back ambience and welcoming atmosphere make for a great option for families to enjoy a meal together. Plus, with their outdoor seating, you can still make the most of the warm Floridian weather.

Hash House A Go Go

Fresh farm food with a twist is on the menu at Hash House A Go Go. This restaurant takes locally sourced ingredients and creates a masterpiece for the eyes as well as the stomach. Try their famous sage-fried chicken and waffles or dine on hearty hashes and fluffy pancakes. One thing for sure is that you’ll never go hungry here due to their incredibly generous portion sizes. And with their all-day breakfast option, it’s never too late to indulge in delicious brekkie offerings. Then, after you’re gorged on your meal, head to the Tractor Bar, where you can sample one of their uniquely crafted cocktails, such as the B.L.T. Mary or a Huckleberry Sin.

JoJo’s Shake Bar

Enter diner heaven with a trip to JoJo’s Shake Bar. Expect all the diner favourites, such as burgers, fries, hot dogs, wings, and much more. But the star of the show here has to be their iconic shakes. Take your pick from The Gold Digger, crammed with toffee pretzel and macadamia nut cookie, or the gummy and marshmallow-covered Wonder Years. Or Maybe the Oreo and peanut butter Nada Milkshake is more to your taste. With so many exciting options, JoJo’s is one for all the family to enjoy.

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

If you have a taste for Japanese cuisine, a visit to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is a must. This family-run chain that dates back to 1984 treats guests to not only delicious quality ingredients, but also a dining experience to remember. Get ready to be dazzled as skilled chefs showcase their culinary skills by preparing your meal right before your eyes. Choose from speciality chef combinations or create your own perfect feast.

The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show

Fancy watching magic unfold on stage as you perform your own disappearing act on unlimited pizza, salad, and drinks? The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show is Orlando’s longest-running dinner show, where guests can expect a night of side-splitting laughter involving magic, impersonations, and high-energy comedy while hunger pangs are satisfied at the same time.
