RESORT FEES
There is a daily resort fee applicable per day per home and is payable on arrival in-resort.
***RESORT FEES CAPPED AT 8 NIGHTS FOR OCEAN BEDS BOOKINGS***
Guests are required to check-in at the Villatel Orlando Clubhouse where they can pay the resort fee, and they will also be asked to leave a credit card on file to cover any incidentals.

Arrivals from 1 April 2025 - 31 May 2026 will pay the following daily resort fee:
Resort Fees as follows: Condos - 2 Bed = $20 + 12.5% tax per day / 3 Bed = $30 + 12.5% tax per day. Town Homes - $30 + 12.5% tax per day. Homes - $40 + 12.5% tax per day.
Arrivals from 1 June 2026 onwards will pay the following daily resort fee:
Resort Fees as follows: Condos - 2 Bed = $40 + 12.5% tax per day / 3 Bed = $50 + 12.5% tax per day. Town Homes - $50 + 12.5% tax per day. Homes - $60 + 12.5% tax per day.

Resort fee entitles guests access to the resort clubhouse, resort waterpark, kids splash playground, lounge towels and poolside loungers, pickleball & basketball courts, bar and grill, fitness centre and shuttle service to Universal and Disney theme parks. Guests are required to prebook shuttles with the clubhouse team.
Resort fee also includes dedicated concierge, on-site technicians & maintenance, fresh linen & towels, and starter supply of toiletries & pantry items.
