Major international airports in the UK, such as London Heathrow Airport (LHR), London Gatwick Airport (LGW), Manchester Airport (MAN), and Birmingham Airport (BHX), all have flight connections to both the Bahamas and Barbados, so will typically be your starting point.

Barbados is conveniently accessible through Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI), and for the Bahamas, Nassau's Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) is the main entry point.

There are typically no direct flights between The Bahamas and Barbados, so you may need to make a connection through US cities such as Miami or Atlanta, to get from one to the other.
