Las Vegas Highlights
A trip to Sin City is a multi-sensory experience. Bask amid the glowing pulsations of The Strip and its deluxe hotels and casinos, make room to savour its world-class cuisine, and explore the surrounding desert and natural landscape by catching a breath in the pockets of calm amid the chaos.
World Class Hotels
Las Vegas doesn’t hold back when it comes to its luxury hotel resorts, each is unique, fabulous, and offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Ride a gondola through the canals at The Venetian, loop-the-loop on the indoor rollercoaster at Circus Circus or throw coins into a miniature Trevi Fountain at Caesars Palace.
Amazing Entertainment
Vegas attracts the world’s biggest stars to its spectacular hotels, theatres and entertainment venues for out-of-this-world shows, musicals, concerts and performances. Come and see your favourites in action or take a chance on a new artist and absorb the electrifying atmosphere in the Dolby Live venue at Park MGM or the brand-new Las Vegas Sphere for a one-of-a-kind, immersive concert experience!
Once-In-A-Lifetime Experiences
There aren’t many places you can hop into a helicopter and glide over one of the seven natural wonders of the world, but in Las Vegas, anything is possible. Take flight above the astonishing Grand Canyon and see this world-famous gorge in all its glory, while later that same day ride a gondola down the canals of Venice at The Venetian Resort and hit the casino for a quick spin on the slot machines and a nightcap.
Super Dining
In true American style, Las Vegas delivers when it comes to food. There are innumerable places to eat, whatever your tastes. From Michelin-starred fine dining and a host of celebrity restaurants, quick and casual eats to family-friendly joints, you’ll find it here in abundance. Stay in your hotel or head out to The Strip or Downtown Las Vegas for some unforgettable holiday dining!
Hawaii Highlights
A trip to Hawaii is a feast for all the senses. Dine on its exquisite, Asian-inspired foods, dance its ancient hula routines, and take in its otherworldly landscapes, which will transport you to heaven on earth.
Dramatic Scenery
Hawaii’s incredible and diverse landscape is instantly recognisable, from its rocky promontories and lush mountain peaks to its golden swathes of sand and its rugged volcanic craters. It’s no wonder that these islands of striking natural beauty are the backdrop for many Hollywood films and TV series. You can rent a car and drive some of the most scenic coastal routes in the world or book a boat or helicopter tour and see the full scope of the islands’ splendour from a distance.
Fabulous Beaches
The beaches in Hawaii are the true definition of paradise and if you close your eyes and picture the perfect beach, you’ll end up here. Miles upon miles of golden sands are edged by turquoise-blue waters and flanked by swaying palm trees, while its jet-black volcanic beaches are equally as captivating and provide the perfect backdrop for a Pacific Island holiday. From the bustling tourist vibes of Oahu’s Waikiki Beach to the tranquil lagoons and unspoiled coves of the smaller islands, there’s a beach to suit everyone in Hawaii.
World-class Shopping
Much like the famed outlet shopping in Orlando, Hawaii has its own fair share of excellent malls and retailers where you can pick up designer clothing for a fraction of the original price – you may need to bring an empty suitcase for all those bargains. And if luxury shopping is more your thing, then Ala Moana Center in Waikiki will be your mecca!
Rich Culture
Steeped in history and deeply spiritual beliefs, Hawaii observes many traditional customs through music, dance, arts, and cultural practices, and is proud to share them with its visitors. There is a profound connection with the land, the ocean and the natural world that shapes these magnificent islands, running through everything from the food, the landmarks and everyday life. Dive in and absorb the magical culture of Hawaii, whether it’s a visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center, witnessing a fiery hula performance at a beachside lÅ«’au, or taking a trip to one of its many sacred ancient sites.

LAS VEGAS & HAWAII HOLIDAYS FAQS
LAS VEGAS & HAWAII HOLIDAYS FAQS
LAS VEGAS & HAWAII HOLIDAYS FAQS
The best times of year for multi-centre holidays in Las Vegas and Hawaii are spring and autumn. In Las Vegas, March to May has comfortable temperatures ranging from 21°C to 32°C, so it’s ideal for sightseeing and outdoor activities.
In autumn, the scorching heat of summer drops to around 28°C and the weather is bright and sunny. While Las Vegas attracts visitors all year round, spring and autumn are busier as people make the most of the pleasant temperatures.
For Hawaii, there are no major seasonal changes throughout the year. Instead, the best time of year depends on crowds. Mid-spring and summer are busy during holidays, but the peak season is winter as people are escaping their colder climates (we can’t blame them).
Summer is hot and dry in Hawaii, averaging at 29°C while winter is often rainy and hovers around 25°C. So, we recommend visiting Las Vegas and Hawaii in autumn if you want dry weather and fewer crowds.
US tipping culture can be a bit daunting if you're not familiar with it. The good news is Las Vegas follows the same customary tipping practices as any other US state, so it’s simple enough once you get the hang of it.
In restaurants, we recommend tipping 15-20% of the total bill. Some restaurants may include a gratuity charge for larger groups, so make sure to check it carefully.
For hotel stays, tipping housekeeping $2-5 per night is always welcome and it’s custom to pay bellhops $1-$3 per bag. In the casinos, the general rule of thumb is to tip about $1 per drink to waitresses and give $5 per hour to your dealer
Las Vegas operates on Pacific Time (PT) while Hawaii observes Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST). This puts Las Vegas three hours ahead of Hawaii.
In comparison to the UK, Las Vegas is eight hours behind while Hawaii is 11 hours behind. In March and December, be sure to check when US time zones change to Daylight Saving Time as their clocks change at different times to the UK.
For Las Vegas and Hawaii multi-centre holidays, we recommend flying to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). It’s just five miles south of Downtown Las Vegas and offers easy access to the famous Las Vegas Strip. It takes about 10-15 minutes by car, depending on traffic. It’s also well-connected by public transport.
For Hawaii, the main airport is Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu. It’s about eight miles northwest of downtown Honolulu by car and the journey time is approximately 14 minutes. There are a range of public transport options too.
We are pleased to offer guaranteed prices up to 36 months ahead of your twin-centre holiday. You can secure your perfect package with an initial low deposit today and pay the remainder of your holiday in monthly instalments.
Booking well ahead gives you the best rates on hotels and flights so don’t wait to start planning Las Vegas and Hawaii twin-centre holidays.
Hawaii’s eight main islands are home to a plethora of beautiful beaches of every size, sand type, colour and surf. The biggest challenge is choosing which beach to visit first!
The island with the most incredible beaches is Oahu. Known as the ‘gathering place,’ Oahu is home to some of Hawaii’s most iconic beaches like Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. Here, turquoise waters lap white sands and offer dramatic views of the volcanic Diamond Head. Lanikai Beach is smaller and quieter with a picture-perfect coastline; its calm waters are ideal for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.
Hamoa Beach on Maui is a golden crescent lined with native Hala trees. Its surf is popular with boogie boarders but swells can be quite strong in winter. There are also bathroom facilities here. Kapalua Beach, also on Maui, is protected by two coral reefs so snorkellers will love exploring this vibrant underwater world.
Kauai’s Poipu Beach Park is a popular spot for families as the water is calm and a lifeguard is on duty seven days a week. There’s lots to do here, including swimming, snorkelling and surfing. Halawa Beach Park on Molokai has a pristine beauty that looks unspoiled by time. It’s almost always quiet too.
You should pack lightweight, breathable clothes for the warm weather on multi-centre holidays in Las Vegas and Hawaii. Las Vegas has a desert climate with scorching summers and lots of sun all year round, so bring plenty of sun protection.
For evenings and indoor venues that crank up the air conditioning, we recommend bringing a light jacket or jumper. You might also want to pack smart-casual clothing for casinos or restaurants.
Hawaii has a tropical climate so lightweight clothing like shorts and t-shirts are ideal. Pack plenty of swimsuits for balmy beach days and ample sun protection for enjoying the outdoors. Comfortable shoes and a reusable water bottle are essential, too. If you’re travelling in winter, a light waterproof jacket may come in handy for rainy weather.
Las Vegas is not just a playground of glitzy casinos and luxury hotels. There’s something for everyone in this energetic city.
An absolute must-do is the High Roller Observation Wheel, the world’s largest Ferris Wheel which soars 550 feet above the city. If you have a head for heights, visit the Skypod Observation Deck which has a 360-degree view of Las Vegas from the rotating restaurant.
An eclectic cultural experience awaits at Fremont Street in the centre of Downtown. The pedestrian-only covered promenade is a glittering hub of neon lights, the world’s largest flashing LED screen, street performers and the city’s original casinos.
Adrenaline junkies will love driving Exotics Racing supercars and riding the Slotzilla Zipline over Fremont Street. The Adventuredome has something for all ages including waterslides, rollercoasters and circus performers.
For those who prefer a more leisurely itinerary, a gondola ride on the famous canals at The Venetian is a must while nature lovers can get out and explore Red Rock Canyon just a 20-minute drive from the Strip. Check out our Las Vegas twin-centres, today.
Hawaii is a welcoming holiday destination for kids of all ages. Families can enjoy leisurely days at the beach playing in the shallows or building sandcastles. Water babies can learn how to surf like a pro at the surf school on Waikīkī Beach or go snorkelling at Poipu Beach Park.
For wildlife lovers, December to March is the best time to see humpback whales and dolphins. Hookipa Beach on Maui is also a popular spot for watching green sea turtles, which animal-loving kids will adore.
Take the kids to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park to witness volcanic lava flows and gaping craters. Or connect with Hawaii’s tropical flora at Allerton Garden and Limahuli Garden botanical gardens.
No Hawaii twin-centre itinerary is complete without admiring its incredible waterfalls. Rainbow Falls on Big Island is famous for its rainbows in the spray. Akaka Falls plunges down 442 feet and Onomea Falls can be enjoyed from a wooden boardwalk which leads you right to it.
Older children will love the dramatic beauty of Kualoa Ranch on Oahu. The private nature reserve has appeared in films like Jurassic Park and Jumanji thanks to its wild natural beauty and unique mountain range. It’s also possible to go quad biking or horse riding here, fit for adventure lovers.
Don’t miss the chance to experience authentic Hawaiian culture. The Polynesian Cultural Centre on Oahu showcases the rich history and cultural heritage of the islands. Luau feasts are also a wonderful way to sample local cuisine while watching dances and performances.
