For us, a truly great holiday always begins with your base. Beyond deciding to visit Walt Disney World Resort, a travel dream lies in the detail – down to the fairytale-themed decor.

Our portfolio of over 2,500 Exact Homes gives you precisely what you need. Filter by interest, facilities, region, popularity, and price. Or better yet, use an interactive map to ensure you find a Disney villa holiday that ticks all the boxes.

Some of our villas even sleep up to 33 guests, so you can go ahead and invite the whole family to The Most Magical Place on Earth…

Proximity to Walt Disney World Resort

A whole house to yourself and just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort? Yes, you really can have both. Our closest community, Windsor Hills, is less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Within 5 miles, you’ll find more options like Storey Lake, Emerald Island, and Windsor Palms.

Storey Lake Resort

Want to stay a little farther out? Expanding your search to 10 miles opens up great villa communities such as Highlands Reserve, Windsor at Westside, Windsor Island, and the brand-new Villatel Orlando Resort.

You’ll also find our exclusive villas at High Grove Resort, Tuscan Hills, and Solana Resort, available exclusively to Ocean Florida guests.

Every villa includes multiple bedrooms, a spacious living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and your very own private pool for relaxing after a big day at the parks.

Before you arrive, make sure to secure your Disney Magic Ticket. Sold exclusively to guests from the UK and Ireland, these tickets give you more value than buying at the gate - and they come with plenty of extra perks. You’ll get access to Disney’s four parks and two water parks, plus the Park Hopper option so you can visit more than one park in a single day.

Capture every magical moment with MemoryMaker for unlimited photo downloads via Disney PhotoPass, and enjoy a round of golf at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course, or mini-golf at Winter Summerland or Fantasia Gardens. You’ll even have access to ESPN Wide World of Sports.

The tickets are also super flexible. The Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket is valid for over 15 days, and the Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for over 18 days, giving you plenty of time to spread out your theme park visits and enjoy some well-earned rest in between.

Villa Resort Activities

Staying in a villa means you get the best of both worlds. You’ll have a spacious, self-catering home where everyone can spread out and relax between your Disney days, plus access to all the great amenities that come with staying in a resort community.

The facilities vary by location, but you can usually expect a resort-style pool, sports courts, and even onsite dining or a handy convenience store for Disney trip essentials.

Encore Club at Reunion

Families with kids will love the fun-filled water parks at Encore Club at Reunion, Windsor Hills, and Champions Gate. Golf fans can tee off at Highlands Reserve, Champions Gate, or Reunion Resort, which features three Championship golf courses, including The Tom Watson Course, the first in Florida designed by a former PGA Tour champion.

You’ll also find plenty of extras at many resorts, like cinema rooms, arcades, tennis courts, fitness centres, and even spa services for a little extra indulgence. And if you’re staying at either Encore Club at Reunion, Reunion Resort, or Villatel Orlando Resort, you can make your Disney days even easier by hopping on the resort’s complimentary shuttle service.

Villa Amenities

While resort activities are great for a day off from the parks, some of our villas are so luxurious, you might not want to leave them. If you’re travelling with little ones. Check out Disney-inspired favourites, such as a Frozen-themed room at Encore Club at Reunion - Ocean 559, or a playful Toy Story room at Storey Lake - Ocean 327, perfect for sparking kids' imaginations and keeping them entertained.

Reunion - Ocean 160

You can also unwind in your very own private pool, with some villas even offering a whirlpool spa for extra relaxation, like you’ll find at Windsor Island - Ocean 077. Select homes also come with a games room to keep the whole family entertained, from more traditional setups at West Haven - Ocean 201 to cutting-edge, high-tech entertainment spaces at Reunion - Ocean 160. And for those looking for a touch of luxury, select villas have cinema rooms with plush leather recliners, such as the one at Solterra - Ocean 866 - perfect for a movie night without leaving your villa.

Better Value for Money

Staying in a villa is often a more budget-friendly choice, especially when you’re travelling with a larger group and can share the cost. Beyond the great value, having your own kitchen means you can save even more by cooking some of your meals instead of eating out every day. And spending a day enjoying the resort amenities is a fun, low-stress way to take a break, as there's no need to plan or pay for extra tickets to other attractions, though in some communities, like Solterra, a small optional fee may apply to use resort facilities.

Plus, we offer a wide range of villas to suit every budget, from cosy, affordable homes to lavish mansions. After all, when you’re visiting Walt Disney World, wouldn’t you rather have more to spend on enjoying the parks and creating magical memories with your family?

Live like a Local

The best way to really get a feel for a destination is to live like a local and staying in a villa lets you do just that. Even on a Disney holiday, there will be days when you want to recharge and relax, and those are the perfect times to enjoy Orlando beyond the parks.

Villas are often located in suburban areas, giving you a chance to enjoy a quieter side of Florida while still being close to Disney. For example, West Haven and Champions Gate are near Posner Park, a shopping centre with an IMAX theatre, while Storey Lake Resort is less than 2 miles from Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, perfect for bargain hunters.

And, of course, in Florida, a golf course is never far away for soaking up the sunshine while enjoying a round or two. Plus, with Walmart and Publix supermarkets scattered near most villa communities, stocking up on groceries is always within easy reach.
