Who is responsible for making sure that I’m ready to go on holiday?

We do most of the hard work for you, and are always on hand to help with any questions or problems that may arise. However, the final responsibility for ensuring that you are ready to travel lies with you, and your party/group.

Checklist - Florida Holidays

1. Have you completed your ESTA? 

2. Travel Documents Your final travel documents will be uploaded onto Manage My Booking from 14 days prior to departure

3. Have you pre-booked your seats? 

4. Have you got car hire booked with us? Your car hire voucher will be uploaded 14 days prior to travel in Manage My Booking. We recommend you take advantage of your rental providers 'on-line check in' facilities to save you time at the airport. 

Checklist - Florida Holidays continued

5. Have you got a villa or townhome booked with us? If you have booked a villa with us, your accommodation voucher will be uploaded onto the Ocean Beds Portal between 0-5 days prior to your check in date of the accommodation.

6. If you've booked a stay at a Disney on-site resort, you can start planning by creating a My Disney Experience account.

Dining reservations open 60 days in advance and staying on-site offers an added advantage: you can book up to 10 days of dining reservations at once, starting 60 days before your arrival. In the “Dining” section, search for restaurant availability to make reservations. Popular spots, like Cinderella’s Royal Table and Be Our Guest, fill up fast, so it’s wise to prioritise these as soon as your booking window opens.

Finally, download the My Disney Experience app to manage your reservations, navigate the parks, check wait times, and order food on the go.

7. In the U.S., it’s common for hotels to charge resort fees, parking fees, and to place a security deposit hold on your credit card. These fees can change between the time of booking and your departure date. While we provide the current resort fee at the time of booking, we recommend checking the hotel’s website directly shortly before your travel date to confirm the most up-to-date fees.

8. Have you purchased your park tickets yet? If not we can add these onto your existing booking so everything is tied into your ATOL and ABTA protection. 

Checklist - Non-Florida Holidays

1. Have you completed your ESTA?

3. Have you pre-booked your seats? If you have preferred seating requirements, we recommend doing this as soon as possible and you can do this direct through the airlines website. Please note most airlines do charge for this service. 

4. If you have domestic flights within North America booked on a separate ticket to your cross Atlantic flights (with their own reference number) Please remember - as advised when you booked your holiday - that checked luggage will need to be paid upon check in for flights of this type

5. Have you got car hire booked with us? Your car hire voucher will be uploaded 14 days prior to travel in Manage My Booking. We recommend you take advantage of your rental providers 'on-line check in' facilities to save you time at the airport.
