Travel Documents

Confirmation/invoice and travel documents

Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you within 5 days after making your reservation. Your travel documents will be sent to you 7-10 days prior to your departure date.

ATOL receipt

ATOL stands for an Air Travel Organisers Licence; it is a protection scheme for flights and air holidays, managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This document is a receipt issued for your financial protection, it is not a confirmation invoice.

Disney Attraction Tickets with a Disney Hotel

Reservations including Disney Attraction Tickets and a Disney hotel are able to manage their booking online. Firstly you need to contact Ocean Holidays for your Disney reference, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0845 241 7691.

To manage your booking please go to: www.mydisneyexperience.co.uk. You will need to create an account using your personal details. Once you have created an account you will be able to:
  • Book restaurant reservations (180 days before you travel)
  • Arrange fast pass allocation slots
  • Book character meet & greets (60 days before you travel)

We highly recommend that you pre-book your arrangements via ‘My Disney Experience’.

MyMagic+

MyMagic+ is made up of three elements which are:
  • My Disney Experience
  • MagicBands and cards
  • FastPass+

MyMagic+ has many benefits, some of the main ones are:
  • Plan your Disney visit up to 30 days in advance of travelling to Disney.
  • Reserve up to 3 ride times per day.
  • Reserve a slot for preferred entertainment experiences, character greetings and fireworks.
  • Book your favourite restaurants 180 days in advance of your trip.

MagicBands

For bookings staying at a Disney hotel with valid theme park admission. Tap into the magic with your MagicBand on your wrist.

The MagicBand enables you to travel lighter throughout your holiday. Use it to enter the parks, unlock your Disney Resort hotel room and buy food and merchandise. Plus, your MagicBand gives you FastPass+ access to all the experiences you’ve selected online.

FastPass+

Allows customers to start pre-booking their favourite rides, attractions, character greetings, shows parades and fireworks from 30 days before they arrive at Walt Disney World. Valid theme park admission is required to use FastPass+ service

Disney Attraction Tickets

Customer who have booked Disney Attraction Tickets only (no Disney hotel) will receive a card ticket (similar to a credit card). Tickets will be sent approximately 7-10 days prior to your departure date.

Once you have attraction tickets you will be able to manage your booking online. To manage your booking please go to: www.mydisneyexperience.co.uk. You will need to create an account using your personal details. Once you have created an account you will be able to:
  • Book restaurant reservations (180 days before you travel) 
  • Aerange fast pass allocation slots
  • Book character meet & greets (60 days before you travel)
