Travel Documents

How and when do I get my Travel Documents?

Your Travel Documents will be available no later than 2 weeks before your departure date. The exact timing of this depends on many factors including airline, accommodation type and so on.

If you have booked a villa, your villa information will be sent to you 1-5 days prior to your arrival.

When released, you’ll receive a notification email and you will be able to view your Travel Documents online, through our Manage My Booking portal.

What is an ATOL receipt?

ATOL stands for an Air Travel Organisers Licence - it is a protection scheme for flights and air holidays, managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This document is a receipt issued for your financial protection, it is not a confirmation invoice.

Your Travel Documents contain full itinerary details including your flights references and vouchers for all elements of your booking.
