Confirmation/invoice and travel documentsYour booking confirmation will be emailed to you within 5 days after making your reservation. Your travel documents will be sent to you 7-10 days prior to your departure date.
ATOL receiptATOL stands for an Air Travel Organisers Licence; it is a protection scheme for flights and air holidays, managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This document is a receipt issued for your financial protection, it is not a confirmation invoice.
Disney Attraction Tickets with a Disney HotelReservations including Disney Attraction Tickets and a Disney hotel are able to manage their booking online. Firstly you need to contact Ocean Holidays for your Disney reference, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0845 241 7691.
MyMagic+MyMagic+ is made up of three elements which are:
MagicBandsFor bookings staying at a Disney hotel with valid theme park admission. Tap into the magic with your MagicBand on your wrist.
FastPass+Allows customers to start pre-booking their favourite rides, attractions, character greetings, shows parades and fireworks from 30 days before they arrive at Walt Disney World. Valid theme park admission is required to use FastPass+ service
Disney Attraction TicketsCustomers who have booked Disney Attraction Tickets only (no Disney hotel) will receive a card ticket (similar to a credit card). Tickets will be sent approximately 7-10 days prior to your departure date.
