How do I make changes to my booking?

If you wish to make any amendments to your booking, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Of course, any amendments to your reservation are subject to availability and an administration charge to cover our expenses. If you are looking to extend your holiday or add extras, further deposit payments may also be required.

To make a change request please create a support ticket via your Manage My Booking portal or call our support team on 0203 814 2198.

Can I change my holiday dates?

Where possible, we will help move your holiday to a new date within a similar season and price bracket. Note that it’s not always possible to change your booking from high season to low season or visa-versa.

Any changes made to your booking are of course subject to availability, administration fees and may incur additional costs.

Can I add extra days or shorten my holiday?

If you would like to extend or shorten your holiday please contact our Customer Service Team via your Manage My Booking portal as soon as possible and we will be happy to look into changes and explore your options with you.  

Note that any amendments to your reservation are subject to cost, availability and an administration charge to cover our expenses. Also, a top tip - if you want to change your holiday, it is much better to do this at the earliest opportunity. Don’t leave it to the last minute!

Can I postpone my holiday to another date?

This is usually possible, depending on how close you are to your departure date. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you would like to postpone your holiday.

Please note, any amendments to your reservation are subject to cost, availability and administration charges to cover our expenses.

Note that it’s not always possible to switch your booking from high season to low season or visa-versa.

Can I change the people in my party?

Depending upon how close you are to departure, this may be possible but it is not guaranteed. Sometimes name changes mean canceling your booking and re-booking at the prevailing rate. Please contact us with your changes, and remember you'll need full details for the people you wish to change (passport, full name, DOB etc) so please have those details ready when you get in touch.

Can I add extras?

Absolutely – subject to availability we can add extras such as pool heating, car hire, attraction tickets and more. We’re able to get excellent deals on things like attraction tickets as we have good relationships with vendors so it’s always worth getting a price from us first. 

Please contact our Customer Service Team via your Manage My Booking portal to get a price for any extras. 

Can I make a special request?

Of course – if you have any special requests at all, please don’t hesitate to let your Ocean Travel Specialist know. We want your trip to be the best it possibly can be, and we’ll do everything in our power to help you along the way. 

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking; however, cancellation charges will apply.
The amount you will be charged depends on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions that apply to your booking. In all cases, deposits are non-refundable and further charges may apply as you get closer to your departure date.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible so we can confirm the applicable cancellation charges and process your request.

If you have taken out travel insurance, you may be able to make a claim for certain cancellation reasons depending on the terms of your policy. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to check your cover.

Will I still get the promotional offer if I amend my booking?

Promotional offers are usually only valid for new bookings made within the stated promotional period and under the specific terms of that offer.

If you amend your booking, the original promotional offer may no longer apply. Any changes made to your booking will be re priced based on the prices, offers, and availability at the time the amendment is made.

If the promotion you originally booked under is no longer available, the revised booking price may increase.

Before confirming any amendments, our team will advise you of any changes to the total price so you can decide whether you wish to proceed.
