Attraction Tickets
Does my quote include attraction tickets?
If your quote includes attraction tickets they will be clearly detailed.
We usually don’t add attraction tickets to quotes initially, until we have spoken with you to find out what you need. Because there are so many different deals, combinations, and packages it is impossible to quote on a one-size-fits-all approach.
If you would like to add attraction tickets to your quote simply contact your Ocean Travel Advisor. We have great relationships with the parks, which means that we can get some fantastic deals for you on tickets, and this means your Tickets will be included to your ATOL protected package. Your Ocean Travel Advisor will be delighted to talk to you about what you need, and put together the best value package for you.
When do I get my attraction tickets?
Your attraction tickets are allocated along with the rest of your travel documents prior to departure.
If you have booked Disney attraction tickets these will be made available 14 days prior to departure.
What about Disney Tickets?
If you have booked Disney Attraction Tickets only - without a Disney Hotel reservation – your tickets will be uploaded to your management my booking account within 7-14 days prior to your departure. You will be given a unique ticket number which is then redeemed on the My Disney Experience app.Once you have received your attraction tickets, you will be able to manage your booking online. To manage your booking, please visit mydisneyexperience.co.uk. You will need to create an account using your personal details (this can be done at any point). Once you have created an account you will be able to do the following:
- Plan your visit using Disney Genie
- Book restaurant reservations from 60 days in advance
- Make ride reservations in advance with the Lightning Lane Single Pass and Lightning Lane Multi Pass
Are my attraction tickets financially protected?
If your attraction tickets are listed on your ATOL certificate they form part of your package holiday and are financially protected.Can I buy attraction tickets when I arrive?
Yes, you can buy tickets locally but it’s not guaranteed that you’ll be able to get them as most tickets are now subject to availability. So in order to avoid disappointment we always recommended securing your tickets in advance.
Also it’s worth noting that gate prices are usually 5-10% more expensive vs pre buying them before you leave the UK.
