Getting A Quote
How do I get a holiday quote?
To get a competitively priced quote simply complete our short enquiry form (available here) and one of our amazing Ocean Travel Specialist’s will begin putting your quote together.
The form asks for some basic information such as destination, party size and so on. If you’re not too sure or are looking at multiple options at this stage don’t worry – just enter one destination and accommodation type that you’re considering and we’ll take things from there. We can give you multiple quotes, and can look at a number of options for you all at the same time. Availability moves fast, so the main thing is to get your enquiry in which will start the process of building your quote(s).
If you submit your enquiry during our working hours, then usually within a few minutes one of our experienced and highly knowledgeable team will review your enquiry. We’ll contact you if we need more information and then we will send your personalised quote over to you by email.
Outside of our working hours your enquiry goes into our queue, and we’ll normally get back to you the next morning.
We have a huge team of dedicated staff in our Romford based office, ready to help you to fulfill the holiday of your dreams. Demand goes up and down throughout the week though, so sometimes when we are very, very busy it may take a little longer to get to your enquiry. Why can’t I see exact prices online?
When it comes to holidays everybody has different needs. We take the time to tailor a holiday package specifically for you, and this is why we can’t display exact prices online.To get an exact price, simply submit a quick enquiry and we’ll put together a quote for you, completely free of charge and without any obligation to book.
Does my quote include attraction tickets?
If your quote includes attraction tickets they will be clearly detailed.
We usually don’t add attraction tickets to quotes initially, until we have spoken with you to find out what you need. Because there are so many different deals, combinations, and packages it is impossible to quote on a one-size-fits-all approach.
If you would like to add attraction tickets to your quote simply contact your Ocean Travel Advisor. We have great relationships with the parks, which means that we can get some fantastic deals for you on tickets, and this means your Tickets will be included to your ATOL protected package. Your Ocean Travel Advisor will be delighted to talk to you about what you need, and put together the best value package for you.
Do I have to talk to you?
To understand your requirements and build your holiday plans we definitely need to communicate with you. There are so many variables and complexities about planning and booking a Florida holiday and we want to make sure that we get you the best possible package at the best possible price.Telephone is easiest and quickest but we appreciate that not everyone likes talking on the phone, or is able to. So, we also have the option of email and live chat – use whichever you prefer but please be sure to communicate with us before making a final decision on where to book your holiday.
Can I get a new quote?
Absolutely! Our system is designed to allow you to have multiple quotes on the go at once. Sometimes your first quote isn’t right, or you’ve simply changed your mind about something. That’s completely fine – just contact your Ocean Travel Specialist by phone, email or live chat and they will happily re-quote you.You can find the direct contact details for your dedicated Ocean Travel Specialist in your online quote (follow the link in your quote email).
Does my quote include all mandatory local charges?
Your quote includes all mandatory charges that are required to be paid as part of your holiday booking. This means the price shown will include the cost of your accommodation, flights where applicable, and any compulsory taxes or fees that must be paid in advance.Some destinations may have local resort or tourist taxes that are set by the local government or property and are payable directly at the accommodation on arrival or during your stay. If any such charges apply, these will be clearly stated during the booking process or within your booking documentation.
