When do I get my cabin number?
Your cabin number will be given to you at the point of booking, unless you have booked a ‘guarantee’ rate. If you would like to change your cabin number this will be subject to availability and a charge to cover expenses and cruise liner admin fees.How do I check-in?
You must check-in online directly with your cruise liner, before departure.
When you check-in online you will create an online account where you will be able arrange services such as drink packages and excursions.
Do I have to pay for gratuities?
Gratuities on many cruise ships are now compulsory and will automatically be added to your on board account where applicable. Most cruise lines now offer you the opportunity to pre-pay these prior to departure.What are the dining arrangements?
Generally ships which offer 2 dining sittings require first sittings to start around 6.30pm and second sittings around 8.30pm. Sittings can be requested at the time of booking, but can be changed prior to departure subject to availability.
