Travel Insurance
Do I need Travel Insurance?
Travel insurance is designed to protect you from unexpected financial losses and inconveniences that may arise both before and during your travels. We strongly recommend having a travel insurance policy in place before making any booking to ensure your travel arrangements are protected.
While insurance policies vary, they typically include coverage for:
Trip Cancellations or Interruptions
Medical Emergencies
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Belongings
Travel Delays
Personal Liability
Please note: Ocean Holidays does not sell travel insurance.
Do you need help with your insurance claim?
If you need documentation to support a travel insurance claim, we may be able to assist.Insurance companies often require confirmation of certain details relating to your booking, such as proof of travel, confirmation of cancellation charges, or written confirmation of any disruption to your holiday. Our Customer Support team can provide supporting documentation where appropriate.
For assistance with a claim please create a support ticket via your Manage My Booking portal or call our support team on 0203 814 2198.
Please contact us with your booking reference and details of the information your insurance provider has requested. We will review your request and provide any documentation we are able to supply.
Please note that Ocean Holidays cannot submit insurance claims on your behalf or advise on claim eligibility. All claims must be submitted directly to your travel insurance provider in accordance with the terms of your policy.
